Series ZOOM Parking lot lighting in Israel


In Israel, a newly built large parking lot has officially opened. The parking lot lighting fixtures selected for this project are the high-performance ZOOM series LED floodlights. The parking lot is surrounded by residential communities and bustling shopping malls, resulting in high pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and therefore, it has high lighting requirements. This parking lot lighting has a power of 400W and uses Lumileds 3030 light source, which has many advantages such as high efficiency and stability. Its light-emitting angle is 90°, which can evenly diffuse light over a wider area, ensuring that every corner of the parking lot is illuminated (parking lot lighting design). The color temperature of the lamp is 4000K, this neutral white light is neither too harsh nor too dim, providing clear and bright visibility that allows drivers and pedestrians to easily see the roads and surrounding environment in the parking lot, effectively reducing the risk of traffic accidents.

A total of 144 such LED floodlights were installed for the entire parking lot lighting. The perimeter of the parking lot uses a two-lamp-per-pole arrangement, illuminating one side, while the inner lanes and the central open area use a four-lamp-per-pole arrangement to enhance illumination and prevent dark areas in the center and sudden drops in brightness at lane intersections.  The symmetrical and staggered arrangement of the luminaires reduces the checkerboard effect and striped dark patterns, resulting in uniform lighting throughout the entire parking lot (Set reasonable luminaire arrangement for uniformity lighting).

This advanced parking lot lighting system, with its outstanding product performance, provides efficient, energy-saving, and safe lighting for this newly built parking lot in Israel.

LED lighting is the preferred choice, combined with reasonable optical distribution, intelligent control, and installation height, balancing safety, uniformity, energy saving, and maintenance costs.
