L70 is lumen decay to 70% of initial lumen output; conversely, it indicates 70% lumen maintenance. The "B" specification adds a target statistical confidence interval. B10 indicates that no more than 10% of the LED device samples will have a light output below the target lumen maintenance level at a given time.
