K-Series Tool-less LED streetlights for community lighting upgrades

Taman Markisa is an emerging residential community that decided to upgrade its street lighting to LED technology to improve nighttime illumination, reduce operating costs, and align with green energy-saving policies (View the street light replacement and upgrade project). After considering the project timeline and costs, the management selected the K-Series tool-less LED streetlights designed and manufactured by ZGSM. Featuring a snap-lock design, K series street light allows the fixture to be opened for installation without specialized tools, significantly lowering labor costs (Tool-free design for easy maintenance). It is ideal for community-level projects, offering a short installation period and minimal disruption to residents’ daily routines. Furthermore, it’s quite easy for replacement or maintenance in case of any faulty.

The K-Series tool-less LED streetlights features an adjustable tilt angle sleeve to meet lighting requirements for various road layouts. The 2M light distribution pattern ensures uniform illumination across roads, sidewalks, and green belts, eliminating dark spots. The housing is constructed from high-strength die-cast aluminum with a UV-resistant coating, providing resistance to corrosion and typhoons—making it well-suited for Malaysia’s hot and humid climate. With an IP66 rating for dust and water protection, the fixture boasts a lifespan of 8–10 years. Its sleek, streamlined design complements the community’s modern residential architecture.
