150W Outdoor Catenary Lighting Project for Albanian Community Road
This project, located on a residential road in a township in Albania, was officially completed in 2024. To improve the town’s greenery, the local government planted numerous trees along both sides of the road, severely obstructing the existing streetlights and causing insufficient illumination (How to use lighting design to get better uniformity?), resulting in significant inconvenience and safety hazards for residents traveling at night.
Through in-depth communication with the client, who also sent photos of the site in use, we clearly defined the application scenario as street lighting. Based on the site conditions, we suggested to the client that, without altering the existing street layout or adding new light poles, a Halo series 150W outdoor catenary lighting solution (Explore our street lighting replacement solution) be adopted, placing the fixtures in the middle of the road by wire suspension. This solution addresses the core problem of uneven road illumination caused by trees blocking light, while minimizing unnecessary expenses by avoiding damage to the existing environment. After providing the client with real-world renderings of similar past projects for reference, the client intuitively understood the implementation effect of the solution and ultimately adopted our suggestion. The customer purchased 50 sets of 150W Halo series wire-suspended street lights, successfully completing the lighting renovation work for the entire street.
