This lighting project is located in Pavlovsky, Russia, and was completed in 2025. The facility measures 60 meters by 24 meters, with a 10-meter mounting height. Operating as a busy logistics warehouse and transshipment hub, the site handles heavy cargo storage and transfer work.

Because of intensive night-time activity, the client needed a high-performance industrial LED high bay light system they could count on. During the preliminary phase, we ran an on-site assessment of their operating conditions and used site-specific data to perform DIALux lighting simulations, helping us optimize the design layout and select the perfect fixtures.  In the end, the project utilized 56 of our Helios series 150W industrial LED high bay lights (plus 4 extra units kept as onsite spares). These fixtures feature high-efficacy 2835 LED chips, and we split the order to include 30 units with 90-degree lenses and 30 units with 110-degree lenses to balance aisle and wide-area coverage. With a comprehensive luminous efficacy of 190 lm/W, the system delivers great visibility for both day and night shifts.

Since this was the client’s first time importing an industrial LED high bay light setup from China, building trust was key. We teamed up with a dependable cross-border logistics provider to handle the shipping and offered flexible payment terms. The client paid for the fixtures upfront, while the shipping costs were settled only after the cargo safely arrived in their city, making the entire transport process secure and worry-free.

Upon delivery, ZGSM immediately helped us test the fixtures’ performance to confirm all core parameters matched the project design. We then worked together to fine-tune the installation plan based on our actual layout.
