Series H led high bay light in a workshop in Canada
Workshop lighting project in Canada was completed in 2016. The factory is mainly made of stainless steel cans, and the high bay lights need to work day and night. Previously, 500W sodium lamps were used in the workshop. The electricity cost was high and frequent replacement was required.
After communicating with the customer, we learned that the warehouse actually only needs high brightness when it is shipped. While in normal time, it only needs to maintain the general brightness to ensure monitoring. Through the lighting simulation design, we recommended the H series factory lights with dimming power supply and microwave induction. When someone passes by in the warehouse, the sensor senses a moving object, and the lamp will turn to 100% brightness. When the person leaves, the lamp will turn to 50% brightness. The 200W high bay light replaced the original 500W light, which has saved a lot of electricity bills. And the use of motion sensors makes the actual saving of electricity bills be as high as 80%. The customer is very satisfied with the transformation results. Warehouses, workshops, and other places can refer to this case.
