Gas Station LED Canopy Light Solution for Highway Rest Area Project in Russia

Located along a busy suburban highway in Moscow, Russia, this project is a comprehensive rest area and fuel station serving long-distance truck and passenger drivers. Partnering with an experienced Russian electrical engineering expert, the site installed 50 units of 100W Primo Series Gas Station LED Canopy Lights. In addition to illuminating the main canopy refueling area, these recessed fixtures were also mounted around the top perimeter of the main service building.

Operating 24/7, the service station provides refueling, dining, and resting facilities, experiencing heavy vehicular traffic during night hours. The Primo Series canopy fixtures carry ATEX explosion-proof certification and operate reliably in extreme sub-zero temperatures down to -40°C. This directly addresses the harsh cold climate of Russia and strict safety regulations for oil and gas hazardous environments. The solution significantly enhances nighttime traffic safety while drastically lowering long-term electricity and maintenance costs, earning high praise from our engineering partner.

Since the project completed installation and went into operation in 2025, the entire lighting system has achieved zero faults and zero maintenance. Compared to traditional lighting equipment, this Gas Station LED Canopy Light features low power consumption and high photoelectric conversion efficiency, noticeably reducing our electricity costs.
