Masjid BSS, located in Bandar Sri Sendayan, is a bustling mosque that attracts a large number of worshippers during festivals and Fridays. To enhance the lighting, improve the indoor environment, and meet the needs of comfort and safety, the mosque underwent an upgrade of its lighting system. The lighting upgrade consisted of two parts: the mosque’s parking lot and the main road leading to the mosque. ZGSM spent a considerable amount of time studying the layout of the mosque’s parking lot to finalize the lighting solution, including the distribution of light poles, pole heights, wattage of the fixtures, and the spectrum of light, ensuring ample illumination for the parking lot and the road. For the parking lot, we added microwave sensors to these bajaj led street lights, making it an energy-efficient and beautiful mosque.
