This is a project in Thailand installed with ZGSM H series street lights. More than 300 pieces of street lights are used to replace old roadway lights. With enough light of lighting street in this area, the traffic order has been well improved. And the client told us, the accidents in this crowded area seldomly happen anymore. More important is that we saved more than 65% on electricity bills after this road infrastructure renovation, and solved many LED street lights problems. For the design of street lighting, we are professional.

The concept of a smart city is gaining popularity. It could refer to projects aimed at making cities more livable and really sustainable.   5. Different LEDs emit light at different angles depending on their intended application. The cost of a special lighting angle is greater. The cost of a full diffusion angle, for example, is greater.
  6. Service life, which is defined by light decay, is the key to quality. Low light degradation, long life, and expensive price are all advantages
  7. The chip is the luminous component of an LED street light, and the cost of different chips varies substantially. Chips are more expensive in Japan and the United States. Chip prices in Taiwan and China are often lower than in Japan and the United States (CREE).
  8. The chip’s size is determined by its side length. The huge LED chip has a higher quality than the little LED chip. However, the price is clearly related to the chip’s size.
  9. The ability to dissipate heat is critical. Because an LED is a semiconductor device, when its chip’s luminous flux is decreased to 30% of its initial value owing to temperature, it loses its lighting meaning, and therefore its life. High-power LED street lights have a theoretical lifespan of 3.5 million hours, but good heat dissipation is a must.
  10. The LED light’s outside material should be a pure Polyester-based powder coating that can handle sunshine and outdoor weather, as well as a solid heavy-duty aluminum body that can withstand wind/rain and other severe weather.

Heat dissipation of LED street light fixture

LED street lamps’ heat dissipation is another major component that affects their brilliance.
Internal current and total brightness will be more stable in LED street lighting with effective heat dissipation.
The internal temperature of LED bulbs will be excessively high if the heat dissipation performance is weak.
When the internal temperature is too high, the light decay of LED chips is accelerated, resulting in LED lamp dimming.

Internal LEDs in series and parallel

The input current required is relatively minimal if the parallel number of LED lamp beads is more than the series number, and the brightness of LED street lighting is increased. LED street lamps, on the other hand, will be less brilliant.

Brand manufacturers make higher-quality LED lamp beads and power supplies, using superior materials and processes than tiny workshops.
